Appointed by the landlord, Premier Estates to assess and specify water booster pump set replacement for their high rise residential properties at Cobalt Building, Bridgewater Square, London, consisting of 59 flats across 8-floors, ground to 7th floor.

In response to historic problems of equipment failure affecting the property, Anthony White Consulting Ltd. undertook a detailled assessment of the existing water services, calculated the building's water requirements, selected replacement cold water booster pumps and prepared a detailled specification of work for obtaining quotations from contractors.

Upon receipt of the contractor quotations, Anthony White Consulting Ltd assessed their proposals from a technical and cost perspective and provided recommendations for contractor appointment by way of a formal tender report.

This independent technical and financial assessment of the works provided by Anthony White Consulting Ltd, acting as qualified and independent assessors, was then used by the landlord to clearly demonstrate their diligence along with value for money in respect of the Service Charge levied against the property's tenants.
